Nicole

Nicole is a practical theologian and communications professional who currently lives in Georgia but has lived and left parts of her heart in the Middle East and South Asia. After moving back to the U.S. from the Middle East and wanting to stay involved in the international community, Nicole discovered the vibrant refugee community in her backyard. Her family then moved to Bangladesh to support locally-led efforts in small business development and education in rural and refugee communities. She is passionate about faith and justice, in humbly learning through open doors and hearts and loves to write stories about the intersection of faith and action. Nicole holds a degree in Religion from the University of Georgia, a MA in Practical Theology and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry degree at Winebrenner Theological Seminary. She and her husband are raising two children who have caught their wanderlust.
