Allison

Allison is the Project Coordinator for Women of Welcome. As a dual citizen of El Salvador and the United States and having grown up in Costa Rica, she holds Central America very close to her heart. After graduating from college, she spent time in Honduras working for an NGO that addresses corruption and violence, which grew her passion to understand and address the injustices that many people face that often force them to leave their homes. Allison is committed to learning from and listening to the vulnerable and cultivating Christ-like compassion in herself and others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and communication from Wheaton College and currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
